This studio required us to have another student be the client for our case so we could work directly with the needs and wants of someone else while including our own input as designers.

Tucked into the suburbs of Lexington, KY, this house addition allowed for an increased family, spaces inside to be an epicenter for friends and family, and a backyard to bring more people in the neighborhood over for occasions.

The addition includes 3 new bedrooms, a larger dining space, office, and outreach into the backyard, along with an increased upper floor square footage for privacy in the bedrooms from the public spaces down below.
