Working at SV Design in Nashville, TN, this project was a 6 unit townhome build meant to sell for $1.5M each. These luxury townhomes also sat next to a historical site which required negotiations and additional restrictions to abide by. This was a challenging project based on the square footage requirements and setbacks on the third floor which helped me learn a lot about the real challenges of the design field.
