I created a modular apartment unit fixed on a staggered plan / section that allowed for spaces such as water closets, additional clothing closets (that are not used year-round), and other small unused programs, to integrate into the building when not in use to gain more space within the apartment. I also gave additional privacy on the exterior facade with this staggered section as per concerns with west campus housing projects.
